Rodale President, John B. Clement, announced that the company earned the ISO 9001:2000 certification of its quality system for design and manufacture of electronic equipment.

The ISO registration audit was performed in January by BSI. Rodale demonstrated the importance of improving quality procedures. Rodale staff received outstanding marks for their effort to enhance customer service.

Mr. Clement emphasized that the 3 year re-certification program is an ongoing commitment to the company’s mission of positive references and follow-on customer business.
